If you've forgotten your password, you can reset it in a few simple steps. On the login page, click the "Forgot Password" link. Enter the email address associated with your account and submit the form. You'll receive an email with a password reset link within a few minutes. Click the link in the email and follow the prompts to create a new password. Make sure to check your spam folder if you don't see the email in your inbox.

After you create a new account with Gas n Gear, there's an approval process before you can start ordering. Once you've registered, our team will review your account details. You'll receive an email confirmation once your account has been approved. This usually takes 1-2 business days. Only after you receive this approval email will you be able to place orders. We appreciate your patience during this process.

Making an order is simple once your account is approved. First, log in to your Gas n Gear account. Browse our product catalog and add items to your cart by clicking the "Add to Cart" button. When you're ready to checkout, click on your cart icon and review your items. Proceed to checkout, where you'll confirm your delivery details and payment information. Once you've reviewed everything, submit your order. You'll receive an order confirmation email with your order details and estimated delivery time.

We deliver across 4 zones from Gisborne to Mahia. See our delivery zones map above for full coverage details. If you're unsure whether we service your area, call us on 06-867-7843 or email gas@sutherlandautogas.co.nz and we'll let you know.

We deliver 45kg LPG cylinders only. These are the full-size bottles for home hot water, heating, and cooking systems. We don't deliver small BBQ bottles but feel free to come and pick one up from in store.

Create an account on our website with your delivery address. We'll review it and approve your account, usually within a business day. Once you're approved, you can log in and book your first delivery. We'll confirm your delivery window after you place the order.

Once you book, we'll confirm your delivery window based on our scheduled runs for your area. We run regular routes across Gisborne and the districts, so you'll know when to expect us before delivery day.

Our pricing reflects real delivery distances. When we approve your account, we assign you to your region based on your address (like Gisborne Urban or East Coast). You'll only see the pricing that applies to your area when you log in to order. It keeps things fair and transparent.

Our driver brings a full, safety-checked 45kg cylinder to your property. They'll disconnect your empty bottle, swap in the full one, check the connection to make sure it's secure, and take the empty away. The whole thing takes about 10 minutes, and you don't need to do anything.

As long as we can safely access your bottle, we can complete the swap while you're out. Just let us know if there's anything we need to know about access (like gate codes or dogs). If we can't safely reach the bottle, we'll give you a call to reschedule.

You're just swapping. You don't own the cylinder, it stays in our system. That means if there's ever an issue with a bottle, we'll replace it. No hassles, no extra costs.

Most homes get 4-6 weeks from a 45kg bottle, depending on how much you're using it. You'll get a feel for your own pattern after the first swap or two. If you're running low, just book your next delivery through your account. We recommend ordering before you're completely empty so you're never caught out.

We take credit and debit cards through our secure online checkout. Payment is processed when you place your order.

Absolutely. Every cylinder is inspected and tested before it leaves our yard. Our team is trained in safe LPG handling, and we check every connection when we install your bottle. LPG has been safely delivered to Kiwi homes for decades. We just make sure it's done properly.

Yes. We supply small businesses, cafés, commercial kitchens, and rural operations across our delivery areas. Same reliable service, same safety standards. If you've got specific timing needs or want to set up regular deliveries, just let us know when you sign up.
